OCM Crabs in Ocean City

This place is purely amazing! Excellent service, food was delicious! Our kids loved their food. Looking forward to comeback for our next vacation next year.

Food was decent but service sucked. Server didnt come by to check on our food and forgot to bring our waters out after reminding them twice. 1st time here for us but wont come back for sure. No coordination between hostess and waitress staff.

All You Can Eat crabs and corn... Roughly same price as a dozen small crabs. Tons of other options, and all of them good. I could spend hours here chomping away. This is a MUST STOP every time I am in the area. It's not just a stop in for a bite, MD Crabs are an entire experience.

One of the things I love most about OCM Crabs is the service. Prices are reasonable as well which definitely helps keep us going back. We've been going to OCM since they were at their original location with only crabs and a few picnic tables. So many places have staff that are uptight and act like it's an imposition that you come in, but not OCM -- they are one of the few places that truly seem glad you came - everyone in the restaurant is like that. Hostesses, servers, those helping to clean up and cook - everyone is hard working and friendly.. Tonight was no different and tonight our waitress was Tasha - she made our evening fun and perfect! Anyway, no better place in OC than OCM Crabs!

Great staff & outdoor set up. Blue crabs were really great! We got 6 medium crabs, 1lb of shrimp, and a crab cake. Fresh crab delivery was at around 4:30pm. Crab cake was amazing.

This is my go to place in OC for crabs, shrimp, clams and MD crab soup. The owner Dave and his family along with the entire team are very welcoming and hospitable...and the crabs are killer!

Great service by the staff, great atmosphere, and great food! ALOT of seasoning on the crab, but delicious. However, if you’re not a deer and don’t want to be sucking on a salt lick just ask them to go light on the seasoning!

I could not wait to eat crab legs from Maryland. We try this spot 😡was very disappointed that the crab legs were so thin and dry. I mean we're in Maryland after all. Where are the big juicy crab legs? Hubby had The scallops and shrimp which was tasty also the hush puppies and fried clams were good. But I really only wanted crab legs. So I was not feeling it. That's why I'm giving 3 stars.

A friendly no frills eatery specializing in all you can eat or purchase by the dozen steamed crabs. Other dishes and sides are available as well. My wife and I hadn't been to one of these places in ages so we pretty much forgot how to dissect crabs to obtain all of the available meat. Not to worry. An awesome waitress named Tara not only showed us the proper technique, she sat down and pitched in to assist us when she found the time. This is the kind of interaction that makes an occasion something really special. If I could make just one improvement, it would be this. It's my personal opinion that the use of little wooden mallets are more of a novelty than anything. I think that this and other like establishments would be doing their customers a favor by providing nut crackers and those tiny two pronged forks rather than a wooden mallets and a plastic knifes. Other than that, this is a great place to order and eat blue crabs.

This place is great we have ordered crabs twice in 3 weeks they were full and heavy and the service to pick them up was fabulous the girls were especially polite and nice and very friendly and helpful I would recommend this restaurant to everyone !!!!!

Great covid option! Come here if you want nothing but good seafood and some sides. Amazing prices, good food, great outside social distancing at your own picnic tables in the parking lot, great service. More snow crab legs, shrimp, and corn than 2 of us could eat for $70. Hint: must park BHEIND building. Only downside: Porta potties and they did not have large crabs that night.

Easy 5. Basically, crabs were true to size, seasoned, meat was sweet & staff was friendly. The owner even showed first time crab eaters how to break one down. DON'T pay for gaudy atmosphere. If you're serious about Crabs -this is the only place. No frills, just crab... CLEAN paper covered tables, knives & wooden mallets. We ordered the corn which was fresh and sweet, onion petals which were not greasy and crab balls which were actually small lump crab cakesCan't recommend enough. This is our 21st year in maryland (ocean city & st. Michael's) from ny for crabs and definitely top 3!Don't miss this place

As good as it gets for Chesapeake crab in this guy's opinion. Order by the dozen or by the bushel, either way the crab is steamed to order and served right on the table. Perfectly cooked with a killer rub and reasonable prices. Our first time there we met a guy out front after the meal who had a crab tattoo on his arm. Turns out he also owns a crab resto in Maryland. Told us he'd tried about every place in Ocean city over the years, and OCM is his undisputed top pick. Legit validation aside, the crab was so good I was planning our return before the meal ended...

Crabs were great! Also recommend the fried shrimp and hush puppies. My new go to place for crabs while in ocmd. I appreciated their policy of staying in car and bringing food to you.

Nothing but mushy crab meat in every single crab out of the dozen jumbo’s we purchased last night. So disappointing because we were told by many ppl that this place is their favorite.We also got steamed shrimp that were way overcooked. I just don’t get it. Maybe an off day?

Food was good, service is another story. Very slow even though there weren't many patrons. My order took so long to come out, after being the completely wrong item the first time, that the rest of my party was done eating.

Finally visited this place last month on their last day open this season. It was REALLY good. The shrimp were huge and cooked perfectly. Everyone loved it. Not to mention $2 natty cans. We will be back once they open next season for sure.** Edit. Had another great meal, this time take out. They deserve the 5th *. Shrimp and crab were cooked perfectly and the shrimp were huge. We'll be back often.

Great crabs for a not so bad price. I got a dozen of mid/large size for $60. All and I mean all were full of meat. Hands down the best I've had maybe anywhere, and I live in the dm not the v area.

I took my family to the OCM Service was terrible waitress took for ever to assist it seemed like they worked in quick sand. They brought the food bagged up ready to leave and said it’s because of the corona virus how ever I didn’t see anyone else get there dine in food this way. The snow crabs were small and partially burned the food isn’t worth the price. I would try another Restaurant to save the time and Money.

A bushel of steamed crabs has become a tradition for our family vacation and OCM has been supplying that tradition for so many years I've lost count. Crab Night 2020 was a success again because the crabs were as awesome as the company! Thanks again OCM!

Excellent crabs and shrimp!!! The large crabs were AMAZING!! Their Covid policies are also top notch. Curbside and they out everything in your car for you. We highly recommend OCMD Crabs to anyone!!!

It was good. The maryland crabs were really good sweet moist. The snow crab legs we got were a bit dry. The muscles were really good and the calamari was a little chewy. Overall we enjoyed the meal.

We usually go to The Crab Bag but decided to try something different. OCM Crabs was wonderful. The steamed shrimp, MD Cream of Crab, crab balls and 1/2 dozen large steamed crabs were awesome. The staff is super nice and very efficient. They even gave my husband a military discount, which we have never encountered in O.C. We will definitely be back!

We have made OC our vacation go to home and try to get here as much as we can the past 3 years. I have tried many places for steamed crabs and crab cakes. Food here is always fantastic. This is the only place I go for steamed crabs. Had 2 dozen mediums Friday. As always they were awesome. Definitely go there!!!!!

Nothing fancy, but who cares when the food is good, right? Great prices, outstanding service and the food deals are topnotch. Hands down the best crabcakes in Ocean City, Md. Ask for Jack or Jess - both are first-rate servers!

After I read the reviews, I knew we needed to try this place out. My husband and I went to OC with our kids to celebrate our birthdays. We are big seafood people and definitely had to try out some local crabs. Well, OCM did not disappoint. We ordered a half dozen large male crabs and a pound of steamed shrimp.The crabs were a bit more expensive than what we normally pay in Baltimore but was well worth it. One thing I definitely liked was that when you order large crabs, you get large crabs. None of this bull about length of crabs and then paying for large but ending up with a bunch of mediums. When we opened up that crab and saw how plump and white the meat inside was I knew we made the right choice. The meat was so fresh and sweet. Mix in a bit of that mustard along with the dry seasoning on the shell, I was in heaven. These were the best crabs we've ever had. This was one of the highlights of our birthday trip. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in OC.

All the food we ordered was excellent. The hush puppies, crab legs, corn nuggets, Mac and cheese, and fried shrimp were especially tasty. We placed a large take out order two nights in a row and it was ready within 20 minutes, hot, and cooked perfectly. I definitely recommend this place.
